1) ATM transfer.
By paying via ATM transfer, you are only transferring the exact amount of money. (eg $10,$50 etc). This means that no change will be given. After the transfer of money, do email us a copy of your receipt with the date of payments, to account and transaction reference (amount) clearly seen. In other words, do scan a clear copy of the receipt.
2) Meet-ups.
Meet-ups are prior to our convenience.
Free meet-ups: (Negotiable)
Purple line: Hougang, Kovan, Sengkang, Serangoon
Circle line: Serangoon to Bishan
For other stations, there will be extra surcharge of $1.00 / More for stations that are too far, but its negotiable.
Methods for Collection
1) Meet-ups.
We are currently doing meet-ups. Do inform us where you want your meet-up to be. However it is best to be the same location as the meet-up for payment.
NOTE:
We do not accept COD. meaning cash on delivery where you pay on the day you receive the item.
2) Registered Postage
For registered mailing, prices are as follow:
Less than 500g = S$3.75 per parcel (Difference in actual postage fee paid will not be refunded)
Less than 1kg = S$4.80 per parcel
Less than 2kg = S$5.60 per parcel
Less than 1kg = S$4.80 per parcel
Less than 2kg = S$5.60 per parcel
(We may separate your orders into 2 parcels if needed if total weight exceeds 2kg because Singpost set a weight limit at 2kg for registered mail.)
Your parcels will be posted out using Speedpost if total weight exceed 2kg.
Less than 3kg = S$10 per parcel
Less than 10kg = S$15 per parcel
Less than 20kg = S$35 per parcel
Less than 30kg = S$50 per parcel
Less than 30kg = S$50 per parcel
For registered mail, Singpost postman will deliver your parcel right to your doorstep within 3 working days. Someone must be there to collect your parcel.
3) Regular Postage.
We understand customers are willing to post at their own risk by using normal mail. However, doubts and problems of responsibilities arises when parcel didn't reach them. We don't want to be responsible for the lost of mails caused by Singpost. Hence, please use Registered Mail for all postages.Loves,
